We want you to love your results. If you're not happy with your FusionLind mask for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at fusionfindpro@outlook.com with your order number, and we'll refund you in full — even if the product has been opened and used. You don't need to send the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Your rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and does not limit them.
