Return and Refund Policy - Fusionlind
At Fusionlind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at fusionfindpro@outlook.com to inform us about your return request. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue (if the product is damaged or if you are not satisfied with it).
- Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address.
- Return the item to the specified address within 15 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference, at no extra cost to you.
Products You No Longer Want: If you simply change your mind and the product is not suitable (wrong size, color, etc.), you may return it at your expense within 15 days of receiving your order.
